1 each corn in husk, soaked in water
1/2 cup Mayo
1 T Piment Basquaise (basque pepper powder from Viridian Farms)
1 T Lime Juice
3 T Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
1. Grill corn in the husk for 10 minutes.
2. Mix mayo and Piment.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread mayo mix over the corn.
5. Finish with parmesan and lime juice.
